Social Psychologist & Pâtissière
Hadas has been living in Sofia, Bulgaria for the last nine years. It was love at second sight – the city revealed itself to her slowly and she fell in love with its people. With the support of her family, she opened Ishy Bakery two years ago, following her passion for baking and in the realisation that change and community can be created by taking one small step at a time. Lending somebody an open ear and starting the day with a smile can go a long way.
“The Future Me is going to be surrounded by people, who are willing to make a personal effort to creating a better world for us all” – says Hadas.
